Sometimes I think the only reason ...Yep, yep, yep.<br /><br />Sometimes I think the only reason I *did* seek treatment for my depression right away was because I knew so little about the mental-health system that I didn't know enough to be afraid. LOL.<br /><br />(For me, there was nothing to be afraid <i>of</i>, but I now know how lucky I was to get exactly the kind of treatment I needed, at no cost to my autonomy.
